Another load day.  My nurse at Med-Trim not to skip loading phase.  Im going to follow orders.  I loaded like crazy yesterday and plan on doing the same today.  So far pretty easy but of course haven’t started the actual diet part yet.

Ok folks just started hCG diet with Med-Trim in Tulsa on Saturday 8th.  I research hCG and went to several different clinics for consultations.  Med-Trim folks just sound like they made more sense and I liked Dr. and nurses. I went to Looks and sound like they wanted to sell me very expensive programs rather then help me lose weight.  Plus cost was almost 3 times as much at Looks.  All other clinics i went to didn’t have Dr. on staff and didn’t have real hCG.  Hopefully this works.  Trying to lose 30lbs in about 40 days.  Sounds crazy to me but lets see what happens.

With the help of the Medtrim staff, I’ve been able to lose over 85 pounds! My doctor has taken me off of my blood pressure medication and is considering taking me off my cholesterol medication, too. I sleep better at night so I feel more awake and alert during the day. My energy levels are much higher so I’m able to accomplish more than just sit on the couch and veg out after a day at work.
